Workshops
My team-building sessions are unique and designed specifically for each group.
The activities are based on traditional old-school team-building favorites, books such as Silver Bullets and other well-known facilitation resources, activities shared by other facilitators when I worked at different experiential education centers, activities learned at AEE (Association of Experiential Education) and ACCT (Association of Challenge Course Technology) conferences, and some that I have created myself.
At Pathfinder, the focus is on collaboration rather than competition.

Team Building
Offers groups the opportunity for growth, reflection, and potential continuous learning.
The activities are designed to strengthen relationships, practice effective communication, improve cooperation, enhance problem-solving and creativity, help define common roles and goals, and develop leadership skills while having fun!
Minimum group size: 8 people.

Ideal for groups who have just met, as well as those who already know each other, want to have fun, and have a goal.
If you are not sure Team Building is for you, yet would like a guided workshop, perhaps a Team Bonding session is what you need.
Team Bonding

Refers to fun and recreational programs that may involve networking and relationship-building.
Minimum group size: 8

Ideal for groups getting to know each other and/or just having fun.
The sites used for programming are: Parque Omar, Ciudad de Saber, and Summit Rainforest & Golf Resort.
