Outdoor Education is experiential learning in the outdoors, that allows for connections with nature and others from planned and purposeful activities facilitated by an instructor.
Outdoor learning provides for the attainment and use of specific knowledge and skills.
The process through which children and adults understand and manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain positive relationships and make responsible decisions.
